The Nonprofit Management concentration prepares students to lead with impact in mission-driven organizations. ALEC 520: Leadership Development in Organizations and Community Non-Profit

Application of concepts related to developing leaders for organizing and maintaining extension and community nonprofit organizations. The foundation of this course is grounded in traditional and contemporary leadership philosophies and practices but emphasizes leadership in agricultural professions.

With a background in public health, I was looking for a program that would help me strengthen my nonprofit management skills in a way that felt practical, collaborative, and relevant to the work I do every day. This program stood out as a place where I could grow both personally and professionally alongside others.
