2025 Graduate Spotlight: Elaina Della Rossa

2025 Graduate Spotlight: Elaina Della Rossa

May 15, 2025

Elaina Della Rossa is graduating with her Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Economic and Community Development. After graduation, she will attend Belmont University College of Law.

Her involvement in the Appalachian Regional Commission’s Leadership Institute and her work on a project to strengthen tourism and sustainability in Tellico Plains gave her real-world experience in public service.

“The Baker School has provided exceptional resources and a wide range of opportunities that have allowed me to explore and deepen my interest in public administration,” she said. “Through engaging coursework, impactful internships, and meaningful research experiences, I’ve clarified my career goals and gained practical experience in the field.” She credits Dr. Bill Lyons with lasting impact on her time at the Baker School.

With a deep appreciation for public service and a strong foundation in community development, Elaina is well-prepared to take the next step.
