2025 Graduate Spotlight: Faith Barrett

Faith Barrett is graduating with a Master of Public Administration and is moving back to her hometown of San Diego, California, to work for the Parks and Recreation Department.
Shas excelled during her time at the Baker School, serving as a graduate research assistant and working with the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. Faith’s experience as a featured twirler for the Pride of the Southland Marching Band provided a unique blend of leadership and performance skills.
Faith is excited to take on a new challenge working in parks and recreation. She credits the Baker School with providing her with the adaptability and knowledge needed to succeed. “My time at the Baker School has been foundational in shaping both my practical skill set and my professional perspective.”
During her time at the Baker School, Dr. Su Su had the greatest impact on Faith, consistently going above and beyond to support her. Faith has the confidence, knowledge, and adaptability to excel in her new role.
