Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a minor in political science, Savannah Morrison will continue her academic journey at the University of Tennessee as a master’s candidate in the Clinical Social Work program.
Savannah credits the Baker School for shaping her professional path, sharing that the opportunities and growth she’s experienced would not have been possible anywhere else. During her time at UT, she was deeply involved in the Baker School community, serving as a Baker Ambassador, a founding member of the Baker School Student Association, an Institute Fellow, and a participant in the Knoxville Fellows/Local Government Interns Program, Vols Vote, and the Washington Fellows Program.
She notes that the student success team including assistant directors Jordan Smith-Porter and Erica Ury, as well as former assistant director Lindsay Harrell were especially influential throughout her time at the Baker School.
As Savannah begins her graduate studies at UT, she’s excited to continue building on her experiences and looks forward to even greater opportunities.
