Biography

Nathan Jeschke is a Visiting Lecturer at the Baker School of Public Policy and Public Affairs at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He earned his Ph.D. in Public Affairs from the University of Colorado Denver, where his research focused on X. His academic work spans environmental policy, crisis response, and policy learning, with publications in leading journals such as Review of Policy ResearchPolicy Sciences, and Policy & Politics

An experienced educator and researcher, Jeschke has taught courses in research methods and environmental policy and contributed to numerous collaborative studies on disaster resilience, public health response, and policy change. His work is informed by both scholarly inquiry and applied policy experience, including roles with the Detroit City Council President’s office and as a debate coach, reflecting his commitment to clear communication, informed decision-making, and community engagement.
