Season Two
Season Two of You Might Be Right seeks to inspire the next generation of public leaders. The hosts model the style of thoughtful debate on tough topics that made Howard H. Baker Jr. so effective as a U.S. Senator, Senate majority leader, White House Chief of Staff, and U.S. Ambassador to Japan.
Governors Bredesen and Haslam hit the road this season, recording live episodes at the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, TN, and from George Washington’s Mount Vernon home outside Washington, D.C. The Governors and their guests demonstrate that thoughtful civil discourse is still possible as they take on term limits, teaching American history, crime, media, and education disparities.
